article 6 points 1 letter c, i.e. based on the necessity of processing data to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator of personal data – in a situation where applicable law imposes obligations on us to store information for evidentiary purposes;
article 6 points 1 letter f, i.e. based on the necessity of processing data for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator of personal data – legitimate interests pursued by GC Energy Sp. z o. o. consist in achieving the objectives of providing services.
- Only authorized persons who are obliged to keep this data secret have access to your personal data. The recipient of the data may be entities that demonstrate a legitimate interest, justify the necessity of data processing to fulfill their legal obligation as well as entities providing IT or accounting and consulting services for the Data Administrator.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries/international organizations. After establishing cooperation, such transfer may be possible under the terms of a separate agreement.
- Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the legal obligations incumbent on the Data Administrator, to achieve the purposes of processing data and to pursue or defend mutual claims.
- You have the following rights: the access to personal data and their transfer, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as objection to processing.
- In the scope of sending commercial information, your personal data will be processed on the basis of your given consent. Each time you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time, in which case personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal of such a consent does not mean that the processing we have carried out so far ceases to be admissible/legal.
- You have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
- Each time provision of your personal data is voluntary. In some situations, however, failure to provide data may make it difficult or impossible to conclude a contract and to cooperate.
- Your personal data will not be subject to processes involving automated decision-making, including profiling.
- You have the right to be notified of a breach of the protection of your personal data provided that the high risk of such breach occurs.
